MLP S4 premiere was awesome, and I loved it.
Missed the Doctor Who 50th though. Anyone know where I can watch it?
Luna goes darkside and says she’ll be the one who will rule.
Celestia tells Luna to follow the status quo.
Nightmare Moon shoots some lasers and hurts Celestia once.
Celestia banishes her sister to the moon.
Such diplomacy.
at what point in history do you think americans stopped having british accents
Actually, Americans still have the original British accent. We kept it over time and Britain didn’t. What we currently coin as a British accent developed in England during the 19th century among the upper class as a symbol of status. Historians often claim that Shakespeare sounds better in an American accent.
Is all I know really just a lie?

You can’t yell at them, can’t humiliate them, can’t stop them. And stores wonder why shrinkage keeps going up.
Sadly that’s just how it is. Don’t forget, if you work retail then you’re not a person, you’re a cog in a machine, to the customer and the management more often than not. You CAN be replaced, and you don’t need sympathy because you ‘chose’ to take an available job in a subpar economy.
fetch26291 replied to your post: fetch26291 replied to your post: Your job giving…
Dumb policy. Here’s an idea though: get on the store PA and announce the following: Due to someone opening and then tossing an entire carton of eggs onto the floor, the next 100 customers will pay an extra 5 cents on their purchases. Have a nice day.
While I would enjoy that, I’d also get either written up or fired for doing something like that.
fetch26291 replied to your post: Your job giving you trouble?
You see a customer doing something like that, you YELL for them to stop right there. What they have just done is a crime.
Seeing as I’m not allowed by company policy to call out a customer if I see them stealing something, I can’t call them out on breaking something purposely or not either. Of course, this doesn’t help my faith in humanity at all.
Oh every day. It’s always fun working in a grocery store and finding stuff left where it’s not supposed to, like frozen burritos set with the unrefrigerated juices until they’re mushy. Or watching a customer open a carton of eggs, dump them on the ground, and walk off.
Have faith in humanity?
Come and work retail!
We’ll fix that!
I have plans to do collabs with a number of blogs already, we just need to figure stuff out first. As for any blog of my choice that I know personally who might agree, probably Twilight the Draconequus, because it’s always a pleasure to work with Ruuqo.
Probably the very first one I answered on Fleur, about french bread.
Vaporeon and Mega Scizor
Eenope
I can only speak for the ones I know but, I think Fabulicious is wonderful, if a bit restrained and uptight at times. She’s a pleasure to work with and there’s plenty of reason why Papi has an alliance with her.
Coccinelle is just starting out, but she’s already doing very well and I can’t wait to see how she advances. Shady’s doing a fantastic job, and I’d be happy to help out in any way possible.
Chrysalis is a horrid bitch who uses her subjects as cannon fodder to advance her own goals. She makes a good villain, and is very clever, but she is a horrible Queen.
I’ll choose one person.
They’ll get a drawing by me (paper)
Likes do count, and must be following me.Reblogs are at max of 2.
Good luck y’all
Reblogging
Tea, though I don’t really drink either.
I’m demisexual, so I can get used to about anything. I do find shorter hair (chin length or so) attractive on girls though.
I keep the living room clean. My room however….It’s organized chaos.
If I know who it is then I might feel hurt, but understand that they have their reasons. As for if it’s just someone I don’t know then I don’t let it bother me.
Yep I like dem taters. Um-hm.
I’ve never listened to Panic at the Disco
I’ve always loved Twilight, because purple magic book horse is best horse.
I thought Fluttershy was sickeningly adorable when I first saw her, but a little shallow in character. Now she’s among my favorites.
I thought Applejack was a good and relatable character who reminded me of a good friend of mine, and that hasn’t changed.
I thought Pinkie was random and annoying, and due mostly to the fandom I’ve warmed up somewhat to her.
I used to not mind Rainbow Dash, but the more I’ve seen of her the more I’ve come to dislike her. She just annoys me with her overbearing boldness and attitude.
I used to loathe Rarity and thought her almost bitchy, but I don’t mind her now.
I prefer to Q personally. As for wanting the D, I’m not that into them.
It’s close enough to Tuesday, so ask anything.
ANYTHING.
2 things
1: I freaking love Shady’s Coccinelle blog so far.
2: I fully support and will gladly boost those whose blogs are blatantly copied inspired by Papillon.
What facebook feels like on ur birthday.
Whereas this is an accurate portrayal of my birthday
I know that feel.
While I don’t like Fancy X Fleur for a few reasons, I find Rarilis and Flutter de Lis adorable.
okaaaay xD Note that mine don’t necessarily connect with any canon thing except for the Canterlot Wedding episodes. I haven’t read the comics and all that.
One headcanon of mine is one that I shall soon be implementing into Coccinelle - that a changeling queen can lay eggs from several things.
1 - Mating. She will choose a changeling from her hive to sire her little ones. This is the most common way eggs are laid, though the number of eggs resulting depends on the queen’s health and such.
2 - Love intake. If she is to feed on a LOT of love, like, she gets reaaaaaally full, she is able to lay eggs from it. There is no particular father to the resulting changelings, and it’s usually only one or two eggs rather than a full clutch, but it’s possible. As she does not have anyone to mate with, very soon in the blog Coccinelle will reveal she has laid a single egg (her very first) from all the love she’s receiving from her tumblr followers x3 (Though I had this in mind before the blog, this will give me a way to thank people for the 100+ followers I’ve gotten on her blog, but that’s just a convenient bonus xD))
Visually it was incredible, and narratively it works well with the rest of the season, or at least the last few episodes. It was good, but I can’t help but feel a little confused and dissatisfied.
It’s a shame that the series seems to be over, and never really got the time or attention that its predecessor had, but it was good. It still can’t quite meet the level set by A:TLA, but it stands well on its own.
foxyshy replied to your post: It feels so good knowing that I started something.
i came up wit dat name
I know Foxy, and it’s a good name.
Still I can’t help but feel fuzzy knowing that Shady got the idea from me, and that Twyla’s Changeling Twilight came to be in part because of Papillon, just as Fabulicious has come to be a Changeling Queen more often than not because of Papi as well.
It’s good to know that good stuff can come from a random idea and magic anons.
It feels so good knowing that I started something.
Openness, breaking the bonds of convention
And floating through the thoughts of
The reader, free and unknowable.
Weighted down by its own intent and ambition,
It falls like the bold Grecian son,
But it does not sink.
Instead it rides upon inspiration and madness
To a new plane of understanding,
Foreign to what it knew,
Familiar to all it has known,
Forever flowing and floating
From one mind to the next
In clarity, and in confusion.
What is closed may open,
Through the turning of not one key,
But many,
And then it may float in the aether
As its kin always has,
Though it carries with it
More love,
More scorn,
More depth,
And less submersability.
It trails after its kin,
Weighed down with structure,
Just as the other is weighed with ambition,
And while what is open may float bold and free
The closed moves with timidity,
Fearing the ones who will chain it again,
Yet always awaiting their gaze.
