As much as I’m looking forward to Jurassic World, you know what I really want?  A remake of Jurassic Park that is a much closer adaptation of the novel.

Which blog to update next?

Hmm, what to do with my day off tomorrow?  What to work on?

I will never understand how it is that i typically lose followers when I update a blog regularly, and gain followers when a blog’s on hiatus.

Alright, now we have Raricow and Cattlejack.  I’m not sure whether any other ponies will be brought into the fold, but we’ll see.

I’ve made Cattlejack jacked, and I love it.

Isnt Luxray some kind of wolf, maybe Zoroark and the legandery beasts to, arguably

Luxray and its line are based off of lions.  Just look at Shinx and tell me it doesn’t look like Kimba the white lion.  Zorua and Zoroark are both based off of foxes, and that’s played with in game with their use of illusions.  Raikou is definitely feline, and Entei is far from a wolf in form.  Suicune is debatable but seems to be more nondescript canid.

I want a family that starts off with a small pup, evolves into a grown wolf, and then into a bipedal wolf.  It can be version specific too, with a bat/vampire counterpart.

I’ve loved seeing what people do and don’t pick up on in the last couple Raricow updates.  There are some who pick out some of the changes to Applejack, but I’ve yet to see anyone hit all of them so far.

if they brought in regional variations and a werewolf pokemon, i would actually finally buy a pokemon game again.

It’s a possibility.  They’ve been adding in new forms and abilities to pre-existing Pokemon every generation for a while, and there has been precedence of Pokemon showing sexual dimorphism, as well as regional variations (Shellos and Gastrodon in particular) so there is hope.

Also, there hasn’t really been a wolf Pokemon family.  The closest that we’ve had are Poochyena and Mightyena and they’re as much hyenas as wolves.

You know what I want from the next generation of Pokemon?

• An inland sea
  
• A version specific, non-cover legendary to reside in that inland sea, one a Kraken inspired Pokemon, the other a sea-serpent inspired Pokemon
• An armor suit Pokemon family
• A werewolf inspired Pokemon family
• Regional variations of pre-existing Pokemon with different stats/abilities

varied humor?

Varied in that it’s not all the same.  There are some rather high brow jokes here and there, such as Psychos occasionally quoting Hamlet, as well as crude humor, but it’s a rare thing to hear sex or race related jokes even from the worst of characters.

You know, I’m surprised that I never see Borderlands being discussed on Tumblr.  It seems right up this site’s alley what with it having:

• A diverse, multi-ethnic cast
  
• Characters that suffer from mental illness
  
• A charming asshole main villain
  
• Cultural references that are rarely overbearing
  
• LGBTQA characters
  
• A distinctive art-style
  
• Varied humor
  
• Non-nuclear family structures
  
• Multiple body types and characters who love that
  
• Etc.
  

I’m really not feeling the Papi update, and after trying it a few different ways I think taking a break from Papi for a little bit might be in order.

I should be working on a birthday-related update for Papi, but I’m really not feeling it right now.  Maybe I’ll just do a regular update in a little bit.

I’m off work until midday Saturday, my birthday is tomorrow, and I have updates that I should work on, among other things.

Due to some scheduling at work, the Papi update might be a couple days late and show up on Thursday instead of Tuesday.  The only real question is whether to continue the story uninterrupted, or have a somewhat special update as the update may end up being posted on my birthday.  Thoughts?

what about bronycon? mwbf has been really nice so far the past 2 years here.

I’ve considered going to Midwest Bronyfest, but I don’t think I will this year.  I know almost nothing about the con and I’m not really all that interested.

Besides the general practice to not allow children to explore their own interests or to study foreign languages until after their brains have developed to a point that makes these subjects much harder to comprehend?  A lot.”

It seems as though no one has noticed that Applejack has grown in more than just the bust yet.  Excellent.
