sounds better then the killing joke at leastEh, Killing Joke wasn’t great, but it was at least cohesive. The worst issues in that movie were in pacing and added content, typical adaptation issues for the medium. The characters that were there still had reason and purpose for being there and motivation to act and react accordingly even if it wasn’t displayed idealy.
Suicide Squad had a fair few plot holes, virtually nonexistent motivations for most characters, completely nonexistent motivations for other characters, half a cast that is completely superfluous, and another half that is either poorly or underutilized. Half of the movie is explained away in “because” and the other half is just brushed under the rug and never brought up.
Killing Joke had a good portrayal of the Joker. Suicide Squad made the role feel like a waste of space and time that adds nothing to an already pointless slog of generic action and forced jokes.

Good news? Suicide Squad is better than Batman vs. Superman
Bad news? Suicide Squad is still a bad movie that suffers from similar issues as Batman vs. Superman, namely plot holes, overstuffed casts, and poor writing.
4.7/10 Below average and far from good. Please stop disappointing me DC

What are you looking forwared to most in the new S&M Pokemon games?
In Sun and Moon? The new Pokemon, especially now that we know that Alolan forms are a thing. I also can’t wait to see how the meta’s changed by type rebalancing or mechanic changes.

In light of the Sun and Moon trailer from 8/1, the “leaks” from early in July have been gathering a lot of attention again, in part because of the Grass Trial Captain Mallow appearing in the description for the Litten evolution, and in part because the leaks talked about a lack of traditional gyms, and the bracelet being used for a mechanic similar to but different from Mega Evolution, both of which were confirmed in the trailer. More information and leaks have been dredged up from that initial leak dump, and further leaks recently, including new Alolan forms as were shown with Vulpix/Ninetails, Sandshrew/Sandslah and Exeggutor.
Added as of yet unconfirmed leaks include:
- Rowlet retaining a Grass/Flying typing throughout its line, its final form is known as Fukurou
- Litten gaining a Dark type and only learning Fighting moves. The final form is currently listed as Tora
- Popplio’s final form being Water/Fairy and currently listed as Aniku
- Rockruff having a branching evolution, including one that involves knowing Howl and leveling up or being left by certain locations at night, leading to a werewolf with typing and stats varying on which island it evolved at (not unlike has been confirmed with Oricorio, also mentioned in the leaks)
- A 2 stage snowman Pokemon with Ghost/Ice typing
- A normal cat Pokemon, that if bred has a secondary type and color that depends on the father
- Ash-Greninja appearing in the game
- Characters such as Blue, Zinnia, AZ, Lance and Cynthia appearing, along with the S.S. Anne
- More styles for Furfrou, along with the ability to change its style directly in the updated Amie
- More Alolan forms including Fighting Abra line, Water Growlithe line, Dark Rattata line, Bug/Psychic Butterfree, Poison/Fighting Nidoking/Queen and Fighting/Flying Doduo line
- Older forms being attainable and breedable through transfer, but not through natural encounter
- Starters either having a branching evolution line based off of time like Rockruff (Corocoro leaks have stated that the starter and Rockruff lines share a secret) or having the same species name but different stats and design dependent on time of evolution, not dissimilar to the gender dimorphism shown in Meowstic.
Information is to be taken with a grain of salt, but the leaks that the information came from in early July hit a LOT of the points brought up today. Not confirmed yet, but definitely looking likely. Can’t wait to see more.
A note that could lead in to the Alolan Butterfree at least, we did see Caterpie in the first route during the E3 demo.

Where did you hear about the Rockruff unofficial leak? Anonymous
The same place as the rest of the leaks, a chinese leak that was translated and posted on 4Chan and other sources at the start of July. They’re still floating about, but most of the information I found was from here and here. Again, these are leaks and rumors that are not confirmed, though they did predict the majority of the information from yesterday’s trailer a month ahead of time.
