  • Pssst, pestering someone to follow you, and making threats, subtle or direct when they try and politely tell you that you don’t post anything that they like or would want to follow really doesn’t encourage them to follow you.

20:  Something that’s grinding my gears

You know what really grinds my gears?  When a restaurant or fast food chain advertises a new special or new food they’re serving, but don’t have any of when you actually go to try it.  I have been seeing commercial after commercial for the new Bacon and Blue Cheese on Brioche at Wendy’s, and what happens when I go across town to try one?  "Sorry, we’re all out of our blue cheese aioli.“

I get it, supply doesn’t always match demand.  I’ve done inventory and ordering for stores before.  You know what you do when ordering supplies KNOWING that demand will be growing for something?  YOU ORDER MORE THAN USUAL.  It’s a petty injury, but I’ll be damned if it’s not frustrating wasting a trip because someone shirked on ordering something that is advertised often and daily.

I haven’t been this miffed about an ordering oversight since Walmart decided to not order ANY copies of Pokemon X or Y for launch because they didn’t think that they’d sell.  (I checked in a couple week later and the employees were complaining that copies wouldn’t stop flying off the shelves.)

Word of advice to anyone ordering products for a company:  Know your customer base, know your specials and ads, and don’t be afraid to order a little more than you think will go out.  Many times it’s better to have a little extra backstock than it is to run out a few days into a promotion and lose the faith of your customers.

  • ask-keystar replied to your post:I twisted around while sitting and my spine…

don’ t listen to them. you are really awsome and super nice! I want you to stay around for a loooong time!

Oh he was just upset and I was aggravating the issue.  My back and joints pop and realign really easily, while those of the rest of my family tend to be stiff enough that they need to visit a chiropractor on occasion.  When I cracked my back with a noise that sounded like crunching a water bottle it effectively rubbed salt in an open wound.

I found it funny, because I know he meant it sarcastically.

  • I twisted around while sitting and my spine crackled louder than bubble wrap.  Same thing happened when I twisted the other way.  What do my parents respond with?

    “I hope you die.”

2: A selection of musical artists you do not care for
I don’t really follow music all that much and tend to just passively listen to what’s on the radio while driving.  That being said, the obvious and true answers are Justin Bieber and Robin Thicke due to terrible music, and being bad people.

8: Popular videogames that make you go ‘meh’?
Oh good god, Destiny.  That game was such a disappointment in so many ways that I’ve ranted and reviewed it several times and never with many positives.  Sunset Overdrive is another one that got a lot of praise but one that I thought was rather 'meh’.  It had some good mechanics and an interesting artstyle, but there were several aspects of the game that rubbed me the wrong way and the humor got old FAST.
Kingdom Hearts never really held an appeal for me either and after watching some gameplay of it it’s not surprising why.

  • In regards to the commission I just posted on Raricow (it’s NSFW so I won’t reblog it here), gender change is not a typical aspect of cowening as it appears in Raricow.  Though it could be.  Still not entirely sure on that.

I have some Tundra and Fae babies for sale on Flight Rising if anyone’s interested.

I’ve still got all of these babies, and they could use a new home
