Personal preference largely. Having the wings up by the shoulders isn’t physically feasible as the shoulder blades would be pressed and scraping against each other. On anthros with both arms and wings I prefer to have them lower down below the arms and closer to the center of gravity.

Steven Spielberg is bringing back Animaniacs I’m really enthusiastic…
….but terribly concerned.
Based on the run of reboots, I bet it’ll be a major fuckup yet again!
It is being brought back by Spielberg who headed the original run, so I’m more inclined to assume a return to form a la Samurai Jack than a travesty against nature and animation like Power Puff Girls.
Time will tell.
