We only compare you to the villains because the hero's aren't cool enough. But for tmi Tuesday, i would like to ask; If you were given the chance to live in Equestria, under the condition hat you were a villains slave, would you?
That would depend on the timeline and the villain. As it stands NMM has been reformed, as has Discord so no slaves for either of them. I wouldn’t want to be one of Chrysalis’s drones because they have no discernible will and are generally malnourished. Sombra has been destroyed and his former slaves freed, so maybe.

quick headcannon: papi loves baby animals, most likely due to them being similar in a few ways to nymphs.
This is very true. As Fleur she was very protective of young ponies, and had a soft spot for baby animals, an extension of maternal instincts that could never be acted upon with her own offspring.
Papillon is a maternal character by nature. She cares for the young and helpless, and extends that care out to her subjects. It is only right that she would be tender towards young animals, even if they are completely feral.
