Sounds like a helluva thesis. What's it on?
The establishment and place of fantasy fiction, and genre fiction in general within the English literature canon through an understanding of what constitutes literary canon, and the permeability of the borders between genre and literary fiction.
My creative piece is meant to serve as an example of a piece that embodies aspects of both genre and literary fictions such that it has the capacity to be considered a member of either aspect of literature. -
damn. didn't expect an actual good reason considering its the internet and most people are whiny bitches. but damn that makes sense. ^^ well fleur congrats all the same on the graduation.
Thank you, but I still have to finish my thesis before I can graduate. Granted, I’ve already knocked out 35 pages out of 40, but still.
(Never mind that 30 pages are excerpts of an original piece around 500 pages written for a creative thesis)
I’m still debating the ceremony thing, and I’ll probably consult my family about it, whether they like the idea or not.
