Headcanon: When Papillon informs the Princesses of the existence of the hive, Celestia and Luna may not have many issues and willing to give the changelings a chance but Mi Amore Cadenza (and Twilight Sparkle depending on time) will be strongly against it, for obvious reasons.

HeadCanon: Libra bakes papillon a cake and it explodes in her face
Not really a headcanon, nor is it very wise. Though I’m sure Papi would appreciate the gesture, the explosion would not make her happy.

Headcannon: One of the Mane Six will consider joining the Hive, and the others will accuse Papillion of mind controlling them, and nearly ruin all diplomatic ties between Equestria and the Hive.

- Me: Because I didn't get to sleep until 4 this morning.
- Mom: Why's that?
- Me: Because, I have friends, and sometimes those friends have problems. If I know they're having problems then I have problems sleeping. If they trust me enough to come to me with their problems, then I'll give up all the sleep I have to and more to help them feel better.
- Mom: Oh, okay then.

can our hive have a mess Hall? (As in a Break Hall for the Guards?) (Head canon)
Seeing as there’s not much of a point in a mess hall when all the changelings feed off of the queen, mess hall wouldn’t be the right word. There are vast open spaces for the drones and nymphs to inhabit within the hive though

Headcannon: eventually, (after revealing the hive to canterlot, etc.) you're going to have a very Statue of Liberty-esque statue built outside the hive. ('bring me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free')
It seems a tad showy for Papi, but I really like this idea. Of course, it all depends on how the meeting with the Princesses go, and whether or not the hive remains where it is.

Papi is a mother of hundreds of changelings at this point. Whether or not she’ll have a princess is uncertain.
Fleur believes that she can’t have foals because of her heritage, but would love to be a mother.
It would be absurdly difficult for me to be a mother. -
