It depends on the type of collar.  Shirt collars are rather plain and don’t really draw attention.  More traditional collars or chokers can be attractive, I suppose, though a part of that is how well they go with the rest of the ensemble and whether or not there is anything attached like a charm or bauble.

Granted, I’m largely asexual so it’s purely an aesthetic thing for me.  Collars are cute enough.
