    That doesn’t really stop things.  If people want to mod a game, they’ll do it, just look at the issues with mods in GTAV.


    Even then, that argument sounds a lot like one that is rather hated in many art communities involving people editing or reposting other people’s work.  Something along the lines of “if you didn’t want it reposted/colored/changed/etc. you wouldn’t have put it up.”

    1. smilydon said: You can’t compare mods in games to re-colouring someone’s art, they are two very different things. One is illegal should the owner place a copyright license over it strictly forbidding it, the other is not and is encouraged. :/
