  • Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon are set 12 hours apart

    ????????????? what???? does this??? mean??????

Out of all the things they’ve said this part is by far the most confusing to me.

Is it always night in Moon? It always day in Sun? Does Sun/Moon not adhere to normal timezones like every Pokémon game since DP? If I play Moon at 1pm, will it be 1am in the game?? Or are all copies of Sun/Moon running on the same time? Will it be 1am worldwide?

    WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?????

this baffled my too, does this mean I’ll always be playing at night?

It means that if you’re playing Pokemon Moon you’ll be playing 12 hours ahead of the time on your system, and you’ll be playing at the system’s set time on Pokemon Sun.  6PM on the system would be 6AM in Pokemon Moon.
