I adore the Pokemon series, and have no issue getting multiple copies of the games to play and support the Pokemon company.  Case in point, in 6th gen alone I have 10 games across 2 systems.  I get most games digitally, so when I got my New 3DS XL I was suddenly without Pokemon games on a large screen, after having X/Y and OR/AS on my old 3DS.  That had to be fixed. The other 2 were to get rid of a gift card I needed to use op.
