Young changelings, when overfilled with love, will emit a soft, warm glow from their bellies while they digest.  An overabundance of love will also cause younger changelings to grow at a greater rate.

For matured changelings, or Queens, getting too much love at once can bring about a euphoric, somewhat inebriated state, and cause some temporary weight gain.
