I wouldn't worry about it. For a while it seems that the topic of relationship is a difficult one for you. I think that there's definitely someone out there for you. Here's how I see it: Would you rather rush and try to find a person, and try to make things work, only to potentially realize that it wasn't "meant to be," or would you rather wait patiently and let a relationship naturally develop? Granted you might want miss perfect to stumble around faster, but patience is a virtue. Keep going.
Thank you anon, I’m well aware, and I know that all things come in their time. However, not having a relationship ever, while my 22nd birthday is only a couple weeks away isn’t something that sits well in the stomach, especially while hearing about IRL friends getting married and having kids, and tumblr friends getting together with one another to one extent or another. I have waited for a long time, and I can wait for some time yet, and while I am ecstatic for all my friends who have found happiness, that joy doesn’t keep the rest of it from hurting.
