headcannon: buzz buzz has a secrete stash of high level academic books. He doesn't actually understand what they say, but when he thinks no one is looking he likes to ''read'' them and pretend he is smart.

This might be better asked at unhinged-mod, but I’m pretty sure that Buzz Buzz has a secret stash of everything here and there. It wouldn’t surprise me to find him trying to look or act scholarly though.
