Headcannon: papi has generally become fairly popular amongst the other hives, partly thanks to fabi's good word and also because her plans would help keep changelings fed for a long time... though they would probably admit they wouldn't take the first step to making peace with equestria until they're sure, so they also view papi as a guinea pig of sorts.
Though I cannot fully comment on this, it’s probably true. That being said, it has been wonderful seeing other changeling Queen blogs spring up following Papi, even if some are short lived or don’t update often.
