Well maybe you could have someone that you personally ship with your blogs main characters (papi, raricow, or whoever you please) doing something sweet for the one they care for.
Possibly. Of course you should remember that Papi and Raricow both have ships within their blogs, so the Raricow/Moostrom ship wouldn’t come up in doing that. Then there’s Fleur who I should update more often as well….

if you want to
I have every intent of doing something, especially since Valentine’s is on a Saturday and that’s the day I’ve been updating Raricow/working on Papi of late. It’s just a matter of what I should do and on which blog that I’m stumped with.
Valentine’s day is less than a week away. That’s a thing. Should I actually do something for it?
“Why are you doing this again?”
Because I still see Celestia as prejudiced against changelings and quick to act when faced with them. My view of Celestia in the situation hasn’t changed, nor has the history and reasoning behind it. Things are different from how they were in the earlier iteration of the Canterlot confrontation, but that doesn’t mean that I was ever going to have Celestia open to the idea of peace with changelings. How do you figure Celestia’s prejudiced against changelings?
I figure it following the history that I’ve worked out for the blog centered around changeling-pony interactions since the founding of Equestria and before the rise of the alicorn sisters. I also figure it from the lack of any form of a diplomatic attempt by Celestia during Chrysalis’s invasion despite an opportunity (not saying Celestia wasn’t right to be blunt and aggressive in that situation, she often is).
So basically just fanon then, gotcha. Though let’s face it, Chrysalis did make it abundantly clear she was hostile to the point of self sabotage.
Most definitely. Like I said, Celestia was right to act in the way she did with Chrysalis. Looking at most other confrontations that she’s actually directly involved in, however, it’s fairly apparent that Celestia does have a ‘strike first, regret later’ mentality and in confrontations has favored violence over diplomacy before, even with her own sister. What happens in Papi is primarily fanon, but I do base it off of canon observations as often as possible.

What’s a dangerous question to ask an ask-blogger?
Do you RP?
What’s my response?
Occasionally at request, privately, and I make no promises that they RPs will become remotely canon
Pssst, pestering someone to follow you, and making threats, subtle or direct when they try and politely tell you that you don’t post anything that they like or would want to follow really doesn’t encourage them to follow you.
Good news: I’m drawing Celestia for a Papi update again.
Bad news: I’m drawing Celestia for a Papi update again.
20: Something that’s grinding my gears
You know what really grinds my gears? When a restaurant or fast food chain advertises a new special or new food they’re serving, but don’t have any of when you actually go to try it. I have been seeing commercial after commercial for the new Bacon and Blue Cheese on Brioche at Wendy’s, and what happens when I go across town to try one? "Sorry, we’re all out of our blue cheese aioli.“
I get it, supply doesn’t always match demand. I’ve done inventory and ordering for stores before. You know what you do when ordering supplies KNOWING that demand will be growing for something? YOU ORDER MORE THAN USUAL. It’s a petty injury, but I’ll be damned if it’s not frustrating wasting a trip because someone shirked on ordering something that is advertised often and daily.
I haven’t been this miffed about an ordering oversight since Walmart decided to not order ANY copies of Pokemon X or Y for launch because they didn’t think that they’d sell. (I checked in a couple week later and the employees were complaining that copies wouldn’t stop flying off the shelves.)
Word of advice to anyone ordering products for a company: Know your customer base, know your specials and ads, and don’t be afraid to order a little more than you think will go out. Many times it’s better to have a little extra backstock than it is to run out a few days into a promotion and lose the faith of your customers.
