can you breed the legendarys like meloetta and celebi and darkrai and if you breed them will you give them away for any pokemon or does it have to be of equal value?

Legendaries and event Pokemon like Meloetta and Darkrai are nonbreedable which is why I don’t just give them away. With such Pokemon, given their rarity I usually ask for shinies or difficult to get hidden ability Pokemon for a trade.
