Headcannon: at one strange point the hive was filled with bubbles for reasons i havent decided yet. many of the nymphs tried to get the bubbles, only for them to pop. some drones are asking papi if they can see about making the bubbles come back because the nymphs were so darn cute.
I can think of a fair few drones who would take action to create ample bubbles in the hive, particularly among the caretakers and entertainers.

Fyi Avon is a rather large and wealthy city in Indiana. Their high school marching band is nationally recognized in Bands of America, along with other competitive marching band groups and organizations. They have over 300 kids in their marching band. It’s ridiculous to see them cover an entire field.

Since papi's baby girl has to prepare to leave, will any of papi's hive be allowed to leave with her so she isn't alone?
Oh definitely. There have already been a few who have volunteered to have their characters join Libi in constructing her hive, and Papi will send her with an escort.
Papillon had to start her hive from scratch, and she understands how difficult that can be, how much hunger comes with that. So, she will make the building of her daughter’s hive easier for her. -

Have there ever been any accounts of nymphs imprinting on a regular pony and possibly being raised by them? I would imagine that such a thing is extremely rare and probably doesn't work very well.
Not within Papi’s canon, but it’s definitely a workable thing within canon parameters. As I’ve said before, nymphs have an instinctual knowledge of camouflage and mimicry, so it’s well within the realm of possibility that an abandoned nymph, perhaps just hatched, could imprint upon a nearby creature and mimic their appearance to an extent in order to be cared for.

headcannon: the little skree fest between flutterbat and buzz buzz went on nonstop. no one slept.
No, they were eventually stopped when Flutterbat was chased out of the hive. It was either that or one of them would have been killed and eaten to let the rest of the hive sleep.

headcannon: nymphs will follow drones around in MASSIVE swarms if said drone show's them a shiny thing. most drones find this cute.
Nymphs will follow drones, workers, warriors, and most anything else around in massive swarms if they are given sufficient attention and love. Greedy, adorable little buggers that they are.
