Because of the relations between ponies and changelings hybrids are uncommon to the point of being virtually nonexistent. That being said, Lacewing of askthemanechesterponies is a member of the hive, and allowed herself to be converted into a full changeling for much the same reason that others are.
Though this hasn’t been largely delved into in the blog, ponies in Papi’s canon consider changelings to be abominable creatures, more mindless monsters or demons than sapient creatures with emotions of their own. Equestrian society does not tolerate changelings as it stands at the current time in the blog, and as such a half-breed would be most likely loathed or even outright exterminated in Papi’s canon.
They are allowed in the hive, and may be made full changelings if they wish, it is their choice as it is any others. -

Randumb indeed. It would make more sense for another Queen, or drone to masquerade as Celestia and desecrate her name by molesting others.

been a while since I made a headcannon, aught as well make one; on some nights where papi gets a bit... shall we say, drunk off love, sometime's papi will stumble into other drone's rooms and curl up with them instead of her own bed. this has caused some confusion but most of the drone's have accepted it and some outright enjoy it.
I really like this headcanon, and I can think of a fair few drones who would love it as well. Let it be law!
