Gonna start it a little early this week, so ask me anything.

Dragon attacks have ZERO effect on Fairy pokémon and Fairy type attacks are 2x damage to Dragons.

Which is why I say that Dragalge is the best Dragon to deal with them.  Poison resists Fairy attacks, and is super effective against Fairy Pokémon.

Skrelp is Poison/Water. It’s evolution is Posion/Dragon. Similar to how Trapinch is Ground but evolves to Ground/Dragon.

I’m aware, but I’m thinking single type in the long run, not necessarily upon hatching.  Besides, as far as dragons go, Dragalge is probably the best bet against Fairy types.

I want to do a single type run through of Pokemon Y, and I’m thinking of doing it with dragons, namely Noibat, Gible, Goomy, Skrelp, Tyrunt, and Deino, possibly with a couple alternates.

Are there any other type centric teams I should look into?
