- Me: Because, I have friends, and sometimes those friends have problems. If I know they're having problems then I have problems sleeping. If they trust me enough to come to me with their problems, then I'll give up all the sleep I have to and more to help them feel better.

can our hive have a mess Hall? (As in a Break Hall for the Guards?) (Head canon)
Seeing as there’s not much of a point in a mess hall when all the changelings feed off of the queen, mess hall wouldn’t be the right word. There are vast open spaces for the drones and nymphs to inhabit within the hive though

Headcannon: eventually, (after revealing the hive to canterlot, etc.) you're going to have a very Statue of Liberty-esque statue built outside the hive. ('bring me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free')
It seems a tad showy for Papi, but I really like this idea. Of course, it all depends on how the meeting with the Princesses go, and whether or not the hive remains where it is.

Papi is a mother of hundreds of changelings at this point. Whether or not she’ll have a princess is uncertain.
Fleur believes that she can’t have foals because of her heritage, but would love to be a mother.
It would be absurdly difficult for me to be a mother. -

Is it possible to change a drone into a look like yourself Anonymous
I’m assuming this is directed towards Papi, in which case it would be better to send it to her blog. A changeling queen is a pure changeling, not one that was converted. As such, though the drones could take the appearance of Papi as a disguise, they cannot become changeling royalty. The only reason that Fleur became Papillon is because of chaos magic that fully changed her into a Queen.

Holly was an old friend of Fleur’s and that friendship has remained though Fleur is now Queen Papillon, and Holly has become a drone. Holly is one of Papi’s favorites (Shh, don’t tell the others!) but she’s not a princess. Papi may have an actual princess in time, but we’ll see on that.

All of the drones still maintain a remnant of their mane, commonly referred to as a fringe. The beauty of being a shapeshifter though, is being able to retake an old appearance, or alter a current one if one finds their appearance unsatisfactory.
