I don’t think you are, not quite anyway.  I adore the movies, even 3 albeit to a lesser extent.  I read the original novels while everyone else was first reading Harry Potter.  One of the first games I ever owned was Jurassic Park for the SNES, and I kept my Lost World sheets for close to a decade.  I don’t just love dinosaurs, for a time I lived dinosaurs and would beat my teachers at trivia, including one of the curators of the city zoo.
