Things to remember when taking in created content (books, television, movies, etc.)
- The content of a creation does not have to directly reflect the views of its creator, and may be at odds with the creator’s opinions to spread awareness or make a point.
- One should not judge the practices of one culture based off of what one knows from their own.
- A creator’s actions should not be considered in judging the quality or content of a creation. A creation should be held as its own thing to be judged, not an extension of its creator.
