As much as I want these to be real, it’s rather unlikely that there would be a grass goat immediately after Skiddo/Gogoat, or that there would be another water gator starter, though it could be a salamander.  That actual scans from Corocoro only covered an upcoming Volcanion event doesn’t help.  It’s pretty likely that these are fake, but we can hope.
