British police used a Taser on a black man they thought was a robber. He was their race-relations adviser.
Good news: He’s okay.
Bad news: It goes to show that while gun violence isn’t nearly as much of an issue in the UK as it is in the US, racism and stereotyping is. Also that next advisory meeting is going to be super awkward.
