   Oh this is nice~ In this day and age though. Her power would be very popular, and folks would try to abuse it horribly.   

There’s still paperwork that needs to be done and records that need to be kept, so while it could potentially be abused, she’s still able to keep track of who her clients are and were.  Client confidentiality only goes so far when the law is involved.  Usually.
