When summoned by Zuggtmoy, Queen of Fungus, they fulfill their role as plague-bringers and terraformers, their very presence on the Material Plane spawning mold and disease.

Death Burst: When the Mycojian dies it releases a cloud of spores and effluvium. Each creature within 10 ft. of the Mycojian must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 16 (5d6) poison damage on a failure or half as much on a success.
