How's the voting coming along? How many nominees and voters voted/were nominated?

There was never a concrete list of how many, or who was going to attend the council, though I had a list of around 10 characters that would appear. The voting was to see who the followers would like to see more, and could (and partially has) changed the lineup (which I need to draw. I started last night, but I don’t like what I have done so far.)
The start of the council meeting/reveal of Papi’s plans should be within the week.
